Parking Lot Line Painting Surrey - Northstar Line Painting

IMPORTANT STRIPING CONSIDERATIONS

The traffic and weather that your parking lot endures will determine how frequently it needs to be re-striped, but the general recommendation is every two to four years. The experts at Northstar have more than a decade of experience using commercial-grade products to craft attractive, durable, and professional striping finishes.

The most common striping needs for parking lots include parking lines, fire lanes, pedestrian crosswalks, as well as handicapped and ‘No Parking’ stencils. However, we also offer stenciling in white, yellow, red, and blue for just about every purpose, from painting “Compact” or “Reserved” in a parking space to creating a custom message like “Store Parking Only.” You can trust Northstar to use high-quality solvent-based traffic paints for the longest-lasting results.

What To Expect For Your Line Painting Project?

Once you’ve spoken with our team about your project, we’ll set up a site inspection to do a walk-through of your facilities.

Our team will come down to meet you onsite at your facilities where we’ll go over the requirements of what needs to be done. Together, we’ll walk through all the specific areas noting any special requirements for ramp marking, curb painting, loading bays, and other line stencils work.

Lastly, we’ll identify dirty areas that may require a deeper clean,  so we are prepared with additional cleaning materials when we arrive onsite.

On the day, our team will arrive early at your facility to meet with the site manager, which could be a business owner, strata president, facilities manager or general manager. We do a walk through of what needs to be done, which could be a standard parking line painting project, curb painting, or another line marking project.

Our team will note the areas that require a deeper clean and these will be cleaned up accordingly before beginning painting.

The line painting service begins with our team tackling the cleanup, going over every line, handicap stencil, or curb that needs a scrubbing prior to being painted. Our team will use various line marking equipment and tools, and we’ll also ensure that the areas are safely marked off to identify the work zone.

The final piece includes a thorough scan of the work area, to ensure that all phases of the project have been complete.
